Until that time, it is available for pre-order, or if you're reading this after it's release I'm pretty certain that the best places to buy the game will be the same.
Although it's hard to give any information about a game that is not yet released, the word is that this game is even better than the first Super Mario Galaxy Wii game, with even more different types of adventures, more planets and galaxies to zoom along in, and more challenging ways to beat the evil Bowser. =)
