The 3 Best Learning Toys for Little Girls

In a recent poll of the top 10 toys for girls, 3 of those caught my attention because they were educational, centered on learning, and still entertaining. It’s difficult to most brands to get that combination correct when they’re dealing with children of all ages, especially little ladies with fashion, crafts, and cool knickknacks on their minds.

The following trio of toys all have educational value, teaching your miniature cuties a variety of different lessons based on counting, color recognition, shapes, and so much more. Everything your child learns in a school setting is prevalent, and more amusing, with these gadgets.

Habitats Reusable Sticker Pad from Melissa & Doug

Compiled of 5 themed, glossy landscapes, this book is for animal lovers and those scientific sweeties with an interest in nature. There’s a place for every sticker in the 150 reusable collection, and not every decal has to be correctly placed. Instead of sticking the giraffe on the African plains, your creative cutie might decide that giraffe looks better standing next to a cow on a farm faraway. Or perhaps those dinosaurs would fare better under the ocean, swimming with sharks and playing tag with the octopus. The only limits to this educational toy are the ones set forth in your child’s own imagination.

MobiGo 2 Touch Learning System from VTech

If your girly-girl loves to read, play games, and learn without actually sitting down in a dull classroom, this MobiGo is her dream toy. Equipped with a built-in E-reader and gaming downloads, this cutesy, pink gadget features a large library of digital books and learning applications that gives children the feeling of leisure learning. It’s durable, handheld, and perfect with grips for tiny hands and a protective coating that encases and encompasses the entire device. Durable, protected, and well worth the money, this toy is top-notch on my learning list.

Shapes and Sharing Picnic Basket from LeapFrog

Explore shapes, colors, counting, and sing-alongs with a picnic basket that does all of those things! With a pretty pink smirk, this basket happily sings songs that your sweetheart can easily learn and sing-along. She can also extract the 14-piece picnic from within, counting the pieces, identifying colors, and imagining a full-blown picnic in the summery sun. It no longer matters that rain is pouring outside or cold has seeped into your climate, this picnic basket encourages a make-believe, educational feast anywhere.
